General Terms and Conditions :

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.nikolajdetoiles.com. Nikolaj d’Étoiles reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes. Due to Swedish legislation we only accept orders from those over 18 years old. If you are under 18 years old you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

1) Disclaimer

Nikolaj d’Étoiles does not guarantee that all items included in the web shop are in stock at the time of your order.

In the event that an item is unavailable, Nikolaj d’Étoiles will contact you shortly by phone or by e-mail. Nikolaj d’Étoiles cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date.

Nikolaj d’Étoiles may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Nikolaj d’Étoiles strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount in the web shop, Nikolaj d’Étoiles will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order.

Nikolaj d’Étoiles, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. Part of the services mediated through the site are maintained by outside organizations. In situations where Nikolaj d’Étoiles acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities.

2) Colors

We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

3) Delivery terms

The Web Shop operates Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm CET with exception for Swedish public holidays.
We will deliver your order in the shortest amount of time possible. Estimated delivery terms for your country are shown below.

Please note that the delivery times are provides as guidelines, we disclaim all responsibility due to eventual delays in transfer and/or stock availability.
When your order leaves our storage you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number so that you can follow your order.

4) Sweden

All orders are shipped with DHL and the package will be delivered within 1-2 business days to a DHL delivery point near you. Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to Nikolaj d’Étoiles. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

5) EU Countries

All orders are shipped with UPS and will be delivered to your delivery address within 1-2 or 3-5 business days depending on chosen shipping alternative.
Packages that have not been collected in time will be sent back to Nikolaj d’Étoiles. All fees in connection to unclaimed packages will be charged to the customer.

6) Countries outside EU

For the moment we do not offer shipment outside the European Union (EU). If you live in a country outside the EU and wishes to purchase any of the items on this webpage, please send an e-mail to customerservice@nikolajdetoiles.com and we will provide you with the best solution to do so.

7) Insurance

Nikolaj d’Étoiles insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you.

8) Exchange Policy

Nikolaj d’Étoiles cannot administrate exchanges of items that are purchased from the Web Shop. If you want to purchase a different item, another size or color please return the purchased item and place a new order in the Web Shop.

9) Sale Policy

Kindly note that delivery times can be slightly longer due to a large amount of orders.

10) Return Policy

Please note that our return policy states that all items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. We prefer that items are returned through
Nikolaj d’Étoiles return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. As soon as we have received the returned item we will inform you by email.

Returns that are not approved by the stated conditions we be re-shipped to you and all fees in connection will be charged to your account.

11) Important information

Items must be returned to us in perfect condition.- Make sure all products are exactly as your received them, with tag and seal still attached.

12) Returning your purchase, Sweden

– Fill out the return form that is located in the footer of our web site.
– Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
– Close the box and tape it securely.
– Place the return shipping label over the prior delivery information.
– Return at your nearest delivery point.
– The return cost is 50 SEK and will be deducted from the return of your order.
– Send the package back to: Nikolaj d’Étoiles, Albini & Pitigliani Segloravägen 26, 504 94 Borås Sweden

13) Returning your purchase, EU

– Fill out the return form that is located in the footer of our web site.
– Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
– Close the box and tape it securely.
– Place the return shipping label over the prior delivery information.
– Visit www.ups.com and click on “contact UPS”.
– Call your local UPS customer service to arrange a collection.
– Send the package back to: Nikolaj d’Étoiles, Albini & Pitigliani Segloravägen 26, 504 94 Borås Sweden
– Please note that the return cost is 10 Euros and will be deducted from the return of your order.

14) Refunds

Your will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase. Card refunds will be completed within 5-business days of receipt of the returned item.

15) Faulty products

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are shipped to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately at customerservice@nikolajdetoiles.com Please note that any claim requires that you have not used the item inappropriately and that the item is not defect due to your conduct. You will receive a new item, a discount or a full refund for the item and all shipping costs.
